We help people passively invest in real estate to build wealth, earn income and hedge against inflation. You don’t always need cash or hard-earned savings as eligible funds may also be in the form of RRSP, TFSA and HELOC.
We only buy based on strong fundamentals, not on future speculation. Alberta is currently one of the top location to invest in Canada. The market is currently in a recovery phase making it a great time to invest.
Alberta is also an investor-friendly province with good landlord-tenant laws, no rent control, no land transfer tax, no vacancy tax, no provincial sales tax, at least for now, no provincial gasoline tax.
Calgary was ranked the most livable city in North America and the 5th most livable city in the world by the Economist Intelligence Unit (2009-2019). Calgary is also well located within Alberta, with breath-taking outdoor activities nearby. Calgarians enjoy more days of sunshine than any other major Canadian city – 333 days per year in average
Calgary is also the 2nd most affordable metropolitan area in Canada slightly behind Edmonton. This is due to the combination of Calgarian households earning the highest income of any Canadian metropolitan city and affordable homes. This is another reason why we believe the Calgary housing market has a lot of room for price growth based on economic fundamentals, not on a housing bubble.
